Mary officially assumed her role on Monday, November 7, 2023, and we are confident in her ability to lead our dedicated team and continue providing exceptional care to our residents.
Mary brings an impressive 28 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a diverse background ranging from Home Support Worker to Deputy Manager and Home Manager. Her commitment to person-centred care aligns seamlessly with our values, placing residents at the forefront of every decision.
Having previously worked with Anchor for the past 8 years, Mary has a proven track record of excellence and a deep understanding of the industry. Her recent relocation from Ripon to Bridlington demonstrates her commitment to providing quality care within our Oaktree Hall and Lodge community.
Mary’s leadership philosophy revolves around an open-door approach, fostering trust and positive relationships. She believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff alike. Mary will be working alongside Nicky Beach, the Care Manager at Oaktree, to ensure a smooth transition of services with minimal impact on residents, staff, and families.
