The Lawns Care Home in Darlington celebrated Pride Month with a spectacular party, bringing together residents, care team members, and local social and health care professionals.
The event was a joyous occasion filled with fun and community spirit. Managers, staff, residents, and visitors enjoyed a day of vibrant festivities, including delicious cocktails, mocktails, and canapés.
The highlight of the celebration was the fabulous drag performances that captivated and delighted everyone in attendance. We were also honoured to host social workers, police officers, and representatives from DAD (Advocates of Residents), making the day even more special.
It was a truly memorable event as we came together to celebrate love, diversity, and acceptance at The Lawns Care Home.
